Bill Seider Joins AIA Board

PIVOT Principal Bill Seider has been appointed to the national Board of Directors of the AIA,
as a Regional Director of the Northwest and Pacific Region. This considerable honor is the latest in Seider’s long resume of
contributions to the profession at local, state, and national levels. Our master of multi-tasking is taking his iPad on the road,
and we look forward to stories and goodies from his upcoming travels!

EWEB ROC Achieves LEED Gold

The U.S. Green Building Council has recognized the Eugene Water & Electric Board’s Roosevelt Operations Center with a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certification.
The 52 acre, 200,000SF campus represents a durable, hard-working, long-term investment for the utility that is also good looking, healthy, resource-efficient, and expressive of EWEB’s environmental values and leadership in the utility industry. Highlights include an Eco-Machine™ that processes sanitary wastewater on the site for reuse in toilets and for irrigation, 14 acres of restored wetlands and Willamette Valley wet prairie, and energy use modeled at 46 percent less energy use than a typical building of its type. Lease Crutcher Lewis was the project’s Construction Manager / General Contractor.

PIVOT Ready to Move Up

We have spent the last 15 years in downtown Eugene in a building that fit our operations like a borrowed suit-- functional but not tailored. We're currently building a new space in a recently remodeled historic Eugene building. With this anticipated move we get to start fresh with a truly wonderful backdrop. We are optimistic about downtown Eugene’s future as well as our own.
